Get gloss and shine with Permethyl 246C from Presperse. This new product will bring out exceptional shine and gloss in lipsticks. To prove this point, a commercial lipstick was tested for gloss using a Novo glossmeter. The same commercial lipstick was then melted, and two new Permethyls were separately added to the base and recast. When these two products were evaluated using the glossmeter, a significant increase of gloss/shine was found over the original product, with Permethyl 246C providing over 72 units of gloss.
